Seminar: Catholic Teaching on Homosexuality

One of the hot button topics in our society today is the issue of homosexuality. Is it natural or is it nurtured? Is it about equal rights or defending the sanctity of a sacrament? Is there a place for those struggling with same-sex attraction in the Church? What does the Catholic Church have to say about this issue?

Rev. Louis Aldrich is a Jesuit priest and a Moral Theologian.  On Saturday, January 5, 2013 in the St. Clare’s Lower Church, he will give a talk on the Catholic Teaching on Homosexuality. This seminar will be geared for the high school students and young adults in our Mission. Please note that a talk on the same topic will be given in Chinese from 2:00pm to 5:30pm in the same day in the St. Clare’s North Hall.
